Fur-mom Theng says Cute was found in their backyard last year, skin-and-bones and covered with dirt and leaves. At first, he refused to be touched and was extremely scared of Theng and her family, but even though he was weak, he had an unbelievable appetite! They also noticed that he didn’t have a voice! Now a year old, he is the sweetest among our five cats. He loves to be carried and to sleep near Theng when she is working. He is big brother to her other cats when they feel bad after a fight (over who sleeps on the kitchen rug). He dries them when they come home wet and keeps them warm during cold afternoons.
CUTE is my featured rescued/adopted pet for February in my 2019 Calendar Project. All proceeds from the sale of the calendar will be donated to the Philippine Animal Welfare Society. If you would like to support this project, please follow me on my social media networks for news and updates.
